SYKES is seeking work-at-home customer service in Arizona, Missouri, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida. Hours are 32 to 39 per week. Compensation is $9.50 per hour. A 401K plan is available. You will undergo seven weeks of online training (hours are 39 during training).
You must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or its equivalent, have a minimum of six months of high-volume customer care experience, and have a pleasant telephone demeanor.
You must also have an up-to-date computer, headset, high-speed Internet, and a landline telephone that can be dedicated for this position. Finally, you must have a quiet home workspace and be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening prior to hire.
Scheduling is flexible. You may be asked to work some evenings and weekends. No overnight shifts are available at this time.
