Tapingo is hiring work at home chat, phone, and email customer service reps in the U.S. These are full-time remote positions.
Tapingo is a mobile ordering app that allows customers to order quickly from their favorite restaurants.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):
- Ability to stay on task while working remotely
- Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or comparable industry
- Ability to travel to the SF office annually for training (Required for one week during onboarding and annually for training/meetings)
- Solid computer skills (good typing skills, being able to use our online chat client and sending emails like a champion)
- Ability to meet firm but reasonable daily metrics
- Familiarity with ticketing and chat systems (Zendesk & Zopim chat is a pus)
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Answering inbound calls, emails and chats from our customer base of students, merchants, and couriers
- Positive attitude: We are a happy bunch, and would love to have more happy people come in and help us grow the business while having a great time
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to good service
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Multitasking while multitasking while multitasking
- Excellent attendance (Yes, you can work from home but you need to be online from the start of your shift to the end of each night and be ok with us tracking your productivity)
- Night and weekend availability is a must (Friday to Sunday is required)
