Teleflora Hiring Work at Home Customer Service

Teleflora is seeking work-at-home customer service agents on a seasonal basis.  Training classes for the upcoming Mother’s Day season are currently being scheduled.  All training takes place online, from your own home office.  The company is currently accepting applications in the following U.S. states: AL, CA, CT, IL, MA, NM, NV, NY,OR, RI, VT and WA.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including grammar and voice quality
  • Professional phone demeanor and attitude; self-sufficient and dependable
  • Able to work independently in a virtual environment; flexible and resilient
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills; Patient and positive, superior customer care skills
  • Computer literate; good typing and data entry skills

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.  Payment during training is at the minimum wage for your state.  Following completion of training, rate will be $8.00 per hour, plus a $250 bonus upon completion of each holiday assignment.
