Teleflora is hiring seasonal work at home customer service agents for the upcoming Valentine’s Day season! They are advertising this in Oklahoma, but based on the application process, it appears it is available anywhere in the U.S. These positions are 100% home-based.

Compensation is state minimum wage during training and $8 per hour after completion of training.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction and grammar
  • Ability to clearly communicate a product’s features and benefits
  • Ability to make decisions with little direction
  • Strong attention to detail including but not limited to accurate spelling and appropriate abbreviations
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Basic math skills (ability to calculate figures and amounts)
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills (accuracy is a must)

You must be flexible to work extended hours during peak times.

In addition to the above qualifications, you must have excellent customer support and listening abilities, and be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you must be dependable and able to work independently.
