TeleNetwork is hiring work at home customer service agents in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. Both full and part-time work at home opportunities are available!
Paid training will be online for two weeks. Training pay is $9.00 per hour.
After 30 days, your compensation will increase to $10.00 per hour. Pay range extends up to $14.00 per hour. With commission, you can make $15.00 per hour after training.
Abilities/Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Remaining seated at computer for extended periods
- Efficient multitasking
- Typing speed over 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Customer service mentality
- Effectively work from home with varying degrees of supervision, while maintaining required metrics
- Setup and maintain required work space
- Familiarity with Windows-based operating systems and general PC use
- Fluency in English language (Reading, Writing, & Speaking)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Preferred (from listing):
- Self-starter, motivated to succeed
- Easily adapt to changing technology, offerings, etc.
- Previous experience in a tech support, customer service, hospitality, sales, or related field
- Average or advanced knowledge of computing or networking concepts
- Experience working in a team-centered environment
