TeleTech is currently hiring work at home weight loss chat customer service agents in the U.S. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of six months of customer service experience.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Proven track record solving customer problems utilizing customer empathy in conjunction with abstract and verbal reasoning skills;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Windows;
- Ability and desire to excel in a fast paced environment;
- All work at home agents must be able to meet the Technology requirements (see employment listing)
- Home Office Requirements – All @home employees are required to have a completely secluded and noise-free home office environment from which they can work from for the duration of all shifts.

A college degree is a definite plus, but not a requirement. Previous phone, email, or chat customer care experience is also a plus.
