Tell Me More is seeking a part-time work-at-home customer service agent to provide support to language learning students. You will be responding to customers’ questions, maintaining an online record, reporting activities, and forwarding unresolved issues to the appropriate experts.
- English as a native language (being bilingual is a plus)
- Have a personal computer and high-speed Internet access.
- Have experience with the Internet, Windows environment, and troubleshooting.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with instant messaging/chat programs.
- Teaching abilities would be a plus.
Previous call center experience or CSR is a plus. You must be flexible to provide back up for other shifts occasionally. Compensation starts at $7.50 per hour, with bonuses available for attendance, punctuality, continuous training, and performance.
