Tell Me More Hiring Work-at-Home Customer Support Agent

Tell Me More is seeking  a work-at-home customer service professional in Arizona.  You will be providing support to language learning students. You must have previous customer care experience. This is a part-time position.

English must be your native language (bilingual is a plus), and you must have your own computer with high-speed Internet. Additionally, you must be computer and Internet savvy and have experience troubleshooting.

Finally, you must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and be familiar with chat and instant messaging programs. Previous teaching experience is a plus. You must be flexible to serve as back-up for other shifts, when needed.

Pay starts at $7.50 per hour, with bonuses for excellent performance, attendance, punctuality, reporting, and continued training. The current schedule is: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 8:45 a.m. to 1:05 p.m.  Arizona time.
