Transcom (Cloud 10) is hiring work at home customer service agents in the following U.S. states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WI. There are currently 5o openings for new agents.
You must be at least 18 years old, be eligible to work in the U.S. and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. You must also be able to pass all background screens prior to hire.
Prior to employment, you will be asked to take a 30 to 45-minute online test, followed by a brief automated phone interview.
Hourly wages start at $9.50 an hour, with monthly bonuses available based upon performance. All training is completed from your own home office.
You must have a quiet home office, high-speed DSL or cable Internet, and an up-to-date computer.
To succeed in this work-at-home position, you must be detail-oriented, patient, flexible, and high energy. You will be required to work some weekends, nights, and holidays.
