Uber is hiring work at home community support representatives in the U.S. You will be providing excellent customer service via the company’s email support platform, answering questions, solving problems, building loyalty among users, as well as escalating issues when necessary.
Schedules are fixed and total 40 hours per week. Some weekend and evening work is required.
You must have a reliable home computer and high-speed Internet.
