UCare is seeking work-at-home member services representatives in Minnesota to work on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. A two-year degree in a health related, liberal arts, or communication field is preferred. Experience with medical terminology is a plus.
You must have customer service experience, and you must be computer proficient. You also must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment is also required.
Finally, you must have access to high-speed Internet, and you must have a quiet home office. The schedule is as follows: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. If interested in learning more about this home-based opportunity, please see the job listing.
