Viacom has several openings for work at home customer service agents in Pennsylvania. These are full-time positions. Compensation is $19 per hour.
You will be answering customer and branch questions, resolving issues and complaints, researching reservations, sharing branch policies, and handling roadside assistance calls.
The right candidates will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and performance driven.
