VIPDesk Needs Work-at-Home Customer Support for ServiceMagic

VIPDesk is again seeking work-at-home brand ambassadors for ServiceMagic.  They are specifically seeking people available for the following schedules: Monday – Sunday, 8:30am – 4:30pm ET and 2pm-10pm ET.

This is a part-time customer support position. Available hours are up to 34 per week.  New training classes begin January 23rd, 2011, and continue until February 3, 2012.   Training hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, one or more years of customer care experience, and some sales experience.  You must also have solid computer and Internet skills, be able to type 35 WPM, be detail-oriented, and have experience utilizing Microsoft Office products.
