VIPDesk is currently seeking work-at-home customer service professionals for an audio/lifestyle products retailer (No details on exactly which one). You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, two or more years of customer care experience, and six months of experience in consumer sales.
New training classes begin November 7th, 2011. Openings are available between the following hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST or 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
You will be assisting customers via telephone and email. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM, have familiarity with Microsoft Office products, and possess relevant audio/lifestyle product knowledge.
