Weebly Hiring Email Customer Support Agent

Weebly is currently seeking a work-at-home email customer service professional.  You must have an excellent understanding of web technologies, and you must have experience in website building.

Your primary responsibility in this position will be to provide email-based replies to customer requests for help using the Weebly service.  You must have excellent writing, grammar, and spelling abilities.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • Self motivated
  • Efficient
  • Have 1-2 years of prior experience providing written customer support
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have a strong interest in technology / knowledge of the Internet industry
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS (desired)
  • Own a reasonably powerful computer with large monitors (dual monitors recommended for efficiency)
