Aerotek is seeking 75+ work-at-home tech customer support reps.  You will be assisting customers via phone and remote log-in software, as well as escalating issues as needed.

Hours are 40 per week.  This is a 24-hour help desk environment, therefore schedules may include overnights, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Tech support experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience with remote access systems
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting
  • Experience in quality assurance

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, optical, and optional 401K. Compensation is $15.50 to $17.50 per hour.
