In this work at home position, you will be accepting incoming calls regarding wireless handset insurance claims and repair facilitation, as well as handling roadside assistance requests.

- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- PC literacy (Windows, Web navigation)
- Able to type 25 WPM
