BlueFly is currently accepting applications for work-at-home customer service agents. You must live in one of the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
New training classes begin October 3 to 14, 2011. BlueFly Ambassadors serve as personal shoppers and assist customers via telephone, email, and chat. They are currently seeking agents for the following schedules: Monday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST or 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Hours are up to 34 weekly.
You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent and two or more years of customer care experience (at least one of those in sales). Knowledge of fashion and trends is required.
Finally, you must have excellent verbal, written, computer, and Internet skills, and you must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
