UnitedHealth is seeking work-at-home claims reps in the Austin, TX area. You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, one or more years of claims processing experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous customer service and healthcare experience is a definite plus. You will be providing claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims, as well as authorizing payment or referring claims for further review, all while providing excellent customer care.
