Work at Home: Cox Hiring Customer Service Agents!

Cox is seeking work-at-home customer service professionals who live within one hour of their Tucson office.   You will be taking incoming account-related calls from residential customers for video, telephone, high-speed Internet service, or wireless service. You will be allowed to work from home.  However, you may be required to come in to the offices for training, technical assistance, or team meetings.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be at least 16 years old.  You must also have a minimum of six months of customer care and computer experience.  The perfect candidate will also have six months of experience meeting sales goals.
