SeatQuest is seeking a work-at-home customer service agent in Illinois for its live event ticket buying experience. This is a one day per week position, with possible expansion in the future. One year of previous customer care experience is required.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, be detail-oriented, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You must also have excellent organization and multitasking skills, and be adaptable.
This position entails providing customer care, data entry, and some market research. You must be Internet savvy and have experience utilizing Microsoft Office. Finally, you should have experience with and excitement about live event ticketing, and you must be reliable and honest.
