ShopNBC is seeking work-at-home customer service agents. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and reside in the Minneapolis, MN or Bowling Green, KY areas for this position (within 60 miles of the company’s facilities in these states). Hours are 20 to 25 per week.
You must be able to work within the timeframe of 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., seven days a week, to include a minimum of eight hours on the weekend. Candidates who wish to work all weekend hours are also welcome.
You must have excellent communication abilities and be detail-oriented and organized. You must also have good time management skills and the ability to multitask when necessary. Finally, you must be a team player, who is also able to work independently.
Strong computer, Internet, and Microsoft Office skills are a must. You must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM. Prior customer care experience is strongly desired. Finally, you must have your own up-to-date computer and reliable high-speed Internet.
