Asurion is hiring work-at-home customer service agents in North Carolina. You will be handling inbound phone calls regarding wireless handset insurance claims, needed electronics repairs, and roadside assistance.
Both full and part-time opportunities are available. Evenings and weekends are required. You must have a quiet home office, free of distractions.
Qualifications (from employment listing):
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or call center experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- PC literacy (Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills
