Auto P. I. Used Car Inspections is seeking work-at-home customer service and dispatchers in the Austin, TX area. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. You will be explaining the company’s services, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and performing administrative tasks, as needed.
You must have excellent telephone and customer care skills, and you must be a skilled multitasker. Evaluating situations objectively and analytically is key in this position. Additionally, you must have experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Finally, you must have data entry and database experience, have a quiet workspace, and live in and be familiar with the Austin area. The company provides all computer and electronic equipment, as well as high-speed Internet and a VoIP telephone line.
