Work at Home Customer Service Jobs with DIRECTV

Asurion is currently hiring work-at-home customer service agents for DIRECTV.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. You must be able to navigate multiple software programs, Windows applications, and search engines.

Additionally, you must have excellent listening, troubleshooting, and problem resolution abilities, and you must have fundamental familiarity with computer operations (clearing web cookies, clearing browser history, etc.).

Further Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Flexible to work all shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Able to attend each class of the 6-week training period
  • Type minimum speed: 30 WPM
  • Have a distraction free, ergonomically satisfactory work environment
  • Meet all equipment/internet connectivity and phone requirements
  • Pass all screenings prior to hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous and verifiable employment
  • Ability to be effective in a light sales (informative upselling) environment
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and analytical abilities
  • Must have quiet home office, free of distractions
