Work at Home: Customer Service Job with Online Video Startup

scruffy-schnauzer-dog-imageAn online video start up is seeking a work-at-home customer service professional to answer emails on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. for a total of 14 hours per week.  You will be paid on an hourly basis ($12 to $14 per hour, depending upon experience).

You will assist customers in understanding the company’s capabilities and prices.  As you become more experienced, you will be expected to answer questions of a more technical nature.  You must be tech savvy, independent, self-directed, and not afraid to work without a safety net.

Additionally, you must be a people person, an excellent listener, and be able to anticipate a customer’s needs.  You must also have excellent judgment and be able to prioritize inquiries based on their level of urgency.
