“The Customer Care Rep makes onboarding calls to clients to ensure satisfaction, reduce rapid disenrollment, handle client inquiries, and help with post-enrollment issues. In addition, this role is also responsible for referring these clients to agents for secondary, health and non-health related products after successful completion of the primary sale. The Customer Care Rep will also help SelectQuote customers from the Auto & Home and Life divisions learn more about the plans and products available through SelectQuote Senior.”

Training and Experience:
