Achieve Test Prep is seeking work at home customer service agents in the U.S. Schedules vary, but will fall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST. The company has several permanent openings available.

In this work at home role, you will be accepting inbound calls from customers and assisting them with questions about their accounts, making outbound calls to deal with account issues, providing high quality customer support, and more.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with e-mail and PC usage
- Experience with SalesForce is a plus
- Customer service and call center experience
- Experience with accounts, accounts payables appreciated
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
