Aetna is seeking work-at-home customer service professionals in the Blue Bell, PA area. All new hires will be required to train for two weeks in the Hartford, Connecticut office, after which you will be allowed to work from home.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and one to three years of customer care experience. You must be computer savvy and have experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook.
You must be flexible, reliable, able to problem solve independently, and willing to work overtime as needed. You must be willing to work until 7:00 p.m. You will be handling customer inquiries via the Internet, telephone, or through written correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
