American Express is hiring work-at-home customer service agents across the United States. You will receive paid training from the comfort of your home. You must have a four-year college degree or four years of customer care experience.
You must also have exceptional communication, decision making, and data entry skills, as well as computer troubleshooting abilities. Successful experience in the banking, insurance, financial, or hospitality industry is preferred.
