Apptical is seeking work-at-home bilingual customer support. This position has the potential pay of $11 to $15 per hour. Hours available are 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, including weekends. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
Further requirements (from listing):
- 1-3+ years of customer care experience handling inbound calls. Prefer experience involving medical terminology
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Verbal skills and ability to stick to verbatim scripts
- Demonstrate the ability to be an independent thinker
- Ability to show empathy with health related issues
- Familiarity with instant messaging
- Accurate typing skills
- Flexibility to work some weekends
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to organize and prioritize work flow in an efficient and effective manner
- Ability to work in team environment
- Due to the sensitive nature of the calls, a quiet environment is imperative
