BetterWorks is seeking work-at-home weekend customer service agents. You will be providing customer care, ensuring that orders are processed, updating vendors, and performing light data entry.
You must be a people person. Previous customer care experience is a definite plus. You must be self-directed and comfortable working without clearly defined parameters. You must also be patient and able to handle stressful situations calmly, and you must be driven.
The company prefers candidates who can work both Saturday and Sunday (2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., extending to 10:00 p.m. possibly in the future). However, they will consider someone who can only work one weekend day, if you are a good fit. You must be accessible to customers during your entire shift.
Finally, you must be able to work onsite at the company’s Santa Monica office if the last three days of the month fall on a weekend, and you must have your own home office. You must be able to come into the company’s Santa Monica office for training during weekdays (approximately 40 hours) prior to starting the weekends.
