Chargify is hiring work at home customer success associates in the United States. These are full-time remote positions. Preference will be given to candidates who can work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (although you don’t have to be located on the East Coast).

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • General understanding of API’s
  • Self motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Travel 1-2 weeks per year for company meet-ups

Nice to have, but not required: (from job listing):

  • Experience in the software industry (preferably at a SAAS Company)
  • College degree
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
  • Experience with support ticket software
