Chargify is hiring work at home customer success associates in the United States. These are full-time remote positions. Preference will be given to candidates who can work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (although you don’t have to be located on the East Coast).
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- General understanding of API’s
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- Travel 1-2 weeks per year for company meet-ups
Nice to have, but not required: (from job listing):
- Experience in the software industry (preferably at a SAAS Company)
- College degree
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
