Gemvara hires work-at-home customer service agents to assist customers via telephone or live chat. You will be assisting as they design unique pieces of jewelry. You must be an excellent communicator with previous customer support or live chat experience, and you must live in Massachusetts. You must also be comfortable using the computer and Internet.
Finally, you must have a passion for jewelry! Available shifts are Tuesday and Friday, 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 p.m. to midnight, and Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 7: 00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
