Digication is hiring work at home customer service specialists in the U.S. These are part-time work at home roles of 20 to 25 hours per week.

Scheduling is flexible.

In this home-based role, you will be responding to customer-generated tickets, escalating issues when necessary, and assisting with other projects as the need arises.

– Previous customer relations experience preferred.
– Ability to use sound judgment, critical thinking, and good questioning to resolve issues
– Self-directed and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
– Good relationship management skills

– Dedication to thorough detail tracking, task management, record keeping

Compensation for this work at home position is competitive. The company provides a computer and all necessary equipment, as well as a monthly stipend to cover Internet service.

Work at home employees are also eligible for one week of paid vacation per year.
