Digication is hiring work at home customer service specialists in the U.S. These are part-time work at home roles of 20 to 25 hours per week.
Scheduling is flexible.
In this home-based role, you will be responding to customer-generated tickets, escalating issues when necessary, and assisting with other projects as the need arises.

Compensation for this work at home position is competitive. The company provides a computer and all necessary equipment, as well as a monthly stipend to cover Internet service.
Work at home employees are also eligible for one week of paid vacation per year.
