Farmigo is hiring work-at-home customer service associates on the East Coast. You will be managing customer configurations, as well as working directly with farms, to answer questions. Additionally, you will be troubleshooting and responding to concerns via email and telephone.
You must have excellent communication skills, some customer care experience, and be highly organized and able to multitask. You must also have a quiet home office. You will be scheduled on some weekends and holidays.
