iQor is seeking work-at-home customer service agents who live within a 50-mile radius of Colorado Springs. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be able to pass a background check prior to employment. Prior customer care experience is preferred.
You must have a general knowledge and understanding of PCs, be detail-oriented, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have superior written and verbal communication skills.
You must have your own computer that meets these minimum requirements: 2 GB RAM, 8 GB Free hard drive space, 1.5 GHz Pentium 4 processor or equivalent, and Open USB 2.0 port.
Initial training will take place over four weeks at the company’s Colorado Springs location. Training is paid. Compensation after training starts at $9 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
