Kelly Services is hiring work-at-home tech support in the following states: VA, TX, and PA. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Schedules are available from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. EST Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
You must be willing to schedule 40 hours per week for the first one to three months, after which you will work 20 to 30 hours per week. You may be asked to schedule up to 38 hours during peak times of the year. All applicants must be available holidays and weekends.
Finally, you must have a demonstrated record of excellent customer service, strong written and verbal abilities, and user-level knowledge of popular forms of technology (cell phone, PCs, software).
