Lands’ End is seeking bilingual work-at-home customer service agents. You must be available for four shifts per week, with two of those being Thursday through Sunday. You will be assisting customers with the Sears, Kmart, and Lands’ End rewards programs.
You must be able to speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently, and you must have exceptional communication abilities. You must also have good computer and data entry skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems which may come up.
