Lord & Taylor is seeking U.S. based work-at-home customer service agents to assist customers via telephone and/or mail. You will be allowed to work from home after training. Various shifts are available Sunday to Saturday.
You must have customer care experience, and you must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and have experience utilizing Windows based applications.
