Meridian Teleradiology is seeking work-at-home customer service for second and third shifts, anytime between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. EST, seven days a week. These are part-time positions. You must have a broadband Internet connection. All other equipment will be provided.
You will be routing studies to the appropriate doctors, assisting customers and physicians with problems, answering basic IT questions, performing basic administrative functions, and proofreading radiology reports prior to distribution.
You must have excellent multitasking abilities, and you must be detail-oriented and have a cheerful demeanor. Medical experience is a plus.
