NobleHour is hiring work-at-home customer service in Florida to assist customers via phone and email as they set up a network on the company’s site. You will be working remotely as the first line of contact within the company’s support center database.
The hourly rate is $10.00-$12.00 per hour, based on experience. You will be responsible for your own computer, Internet, phone, and Skype line. The start date has yet to be determined.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Customer Service experience 1+ years
- Technical background and/or experience working with computers
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- General knowledge base of the most used software, operating systems, browsers and telephony applications
- A drive to assist people with their technical concerns
- Excellent customer service skills
