Nordstrom continues to seek work-at-home customer service agents in Iowa. You will provide customer support via phone, chat, and email, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be entering data into the company’s order entry system and suggesting additional products.
Finally, you will be helping customers with exchanges and replacements, processing customer financial adjustments when needed, and assisting in package tracking. Various work schedules are available, but all include at least one weekend day/evening.
Qualifications:
- Must be Iowa resident
- Six months employment in retail sales preferred, but not required
- Excellent phone and written communication abilities
- Problem solver; able to remain solution orientated
- General understanding of computers
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Previous telecommute experience preferred, but not required
- Able to manage self and work independently
- Minimum high-speed Internet (15Mbps Download/2Mbps Upload; No wireless connection)
- Quiet, distraction-free home office
- Able to be flexible during peak hours and severe weather
