Work at Home: Customer Service Jobs with Skullcandy

VIPDesk and Skullcandy are seeking seasonal work-at-home customer service professionals!  They are currently seeking people to work Monday through Friday, either 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.  Hours are up to 34 per week.

You will be assisting customers via phone and email.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, two or more years of customer support experience, and at least six months in consumer sales.  You must also have knowledge and passion about smartphones, audio connectors, and digital music.

Additionally, you must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM, have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and have strong computer and Internet skills.  Finally, you must have experience using MS Office programs, be able to pass a background check, and be willing to work holidays.
