The Staffing Resource Group, Inc. is seeking work-at-home customer service for a premier wireless service provider. You must have a minimum of six months customer care background supporting a wireless provider or own a Smartphone and be extremely familiar with its functionality.
Training will take seven weeks and will take place Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Hours after training are up to 39 per week. Compensation is $9.50 per hour, with a 401K available.
You will be accepting inbound calls and assisting with tech issues, while providing excellent customer care. You must be 18 years of age, and you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
