TelePerformance is currently seeking work-at-home customer service professionals. You must have a minimum of one year of customer care experience, strong computer skills, and excellent problem solving abilities.
Additionally, you must be Internet savvy, perform well independently, and have a pleasant phone presence, and you must be empathetic and patient.
Finally, you must have a quiet home office with no background noise, high-speed Internet via cable or DSL, a 17-inch or larger monitor, a four-port modem, and a traditional analog, cable, or fiber-optic home telephone line.
This position provides an extensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401K. You will receive seven weeks of paid training. Starting compensation is $9.50 per hour. Overtime is available.
