Training is paid. All work at home employees must have a quiet home office.

Home-based agents will be assisting customers via email and phone, while answering questions and providing information about the company’s products.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Customer service experience
  • Telesales experience
  • Using customer service software (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A skilled listener, able to identify concerns and desires of customers.
  • Ability to create a consultative environment
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude
  • Understanding of computer systems, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance.
  • Experienced with:
  • Skype
  • Google Docs
  • Microsoft programs
  • A people person, self-motivated, and team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to easily navigate multiple browsers with multiple tabs open
  • Adaptability to constant change
