You must have a bachelor’s degree, project management experience, and two or more years of customer care experience. You must also have direct experience in contact center operations. An MBA is strongly preferred.
Additionally, the following is required: strong communication and leadership abilities, as well as superior skills in data manipulation and analysis. Previous experience managing hourly employees in a virtual environment is preferred. Scheduling may vary.
