  • Effective leadership skills with previous supervisory experience
  • Good organization and time management; sets priorities and meets deadlines
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills

You must have a dedicated and quiet home office, free from background noise.  You must also have your own computer, printer, and high-speed Internet service.  Finally, you must live in or around the South Orange County/Rancho Santa Margarita area.
