Four Rivers Software is seeking a work-at-home tech support analyst in the Pittsburgh area. Occasional trips to the office may be necessary. However, most of the work can be done from your own home office. Some after-hours and holiday work is required.
You will be providing customer service via phone, email, and/or remote diagnostics, as you identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve customer issues with the company’s full range of product offerings.
Qualifications (from employment listing):
- Bachelor’s in information systems, computer science, or related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience troubleshooting, debugging software systems along with customer relations experience.
- Experience with LAN and Web based applications.
- Working knowledge of IIS, MS Access, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Windows XP/2003 /2008/ Vista/Windows 7 OS, and networking.
- Experience with Transact – SQL (T-SQL).
- Experience with Microsoft.Net Applications including ASP.Net, WPF is desirable
- Good verbal, written communications skills; able to work independently
